The authors do not insist on a particular interpretation, but show the reader HOW to go about discovering comtemporary meaning and application from these ancient documents and how to avoid faulty hermeneutics. I cannot recommend it too highly.5 stars (great resource) - This is a great book to own if you are a serious student of the Bible. It is extremely helpful in understanding various types of books in the Bible. The title is exactly right - it helps you read the Bible for all its worth. I read it through, but I will continue to use it as I study.
